Since 1986, STEP2 has provided a safe, supportive space and a highly effective program to help women in our community get and stay clean and sober. By focusing specifically on women, mothers, and expectant mothers, STEP2 believes that one woman clean, sober, safe, and independent is a family changed for generations.

With a mission to break the cycle of addiction and violence in families, STEP2 offers a holistic approach to recovery—addressing trauma, domestic violence education, employment readiness, and childcare assistance. Their comprehensive-care model provides women with the tools they need to create lasting change and restore their families.

In 2024, STEP2 proudly served it’s 5,000^th woman since its founding – A major milestone in the treatment facility’s history. 5,000 women empowered, countless families restored, one brighter community.

STEP2 is endlessly grateful for the unwavering support of the Redfield Foundation. Thanks to this incredible partnership, the aptly named Redfield Residential Treatment facility serves as a vital starting point for women on their journey to recovery.
