PARTNER OF THE MONTH
Boys & Girls Club
The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is northern Nevada’s leading nonprofit for youth services. Focused on improving the lives of children, from infants to teens, the Club offers a variety of engaging programs during after-school hours, summer, and school breaks. Its mission is to help kids grow strong—both physically and mentally—while fostering a sense of belonging, responsibility, and confidence. Since its founding in 1976, the Club has expanded to serve nearly 13,000 kids across 58 locations in Truckee Meadows, Ely, Winnemucca, Fernley, Panaca, Lovelock, and Tonopah. The Club provides positive, productive outlets for children with programs that include tutoring, leadership development, sports, and the arts. Despite investing over $3,000 annually per member, memberships are just $20, ensuring every child in the community has access to these opportunities.
